Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express Mail Settings

Outlook Express

1. Launch Outlook Express.
2. On the Tools menu click Accounts.
3. Click on the Mail Tab.
4. Click Add and then choose Mail. The Internet Connection Wizard will pop up and guide you through setting up the new mail account.
5. Enter your name and click Next.
6. Enter the e-mail address you would like to use and then click Next.
7. Choose Pop or IMAP incoming mail server type, enter incoming mail server name, enter SMTP server name and then click Next.
8. Enter your account name and password, then click Finish.

Outlook

1. Launch Outlook.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click E-Mail Options and then click Advanced E-Mail Options.
4. Under When sending a message, select the Allow comma as address separator check box.
5. NOTE: A semicolon can still be used to separate e-mail addresses when you select the check box.
